Technology
I love gadgets and how things work. The biggest project so far was building my own gaming PC from scratch, picking parts, putting it together, and booting it up for the first time. That felt awesome.
- Custom gaming PC I built myself, cable-managed and lit up with RGB.
- VR, Xbox, Switch, smart display, and the YouTube channels I follow.
My gaming PC
It’s a custom build I put together myself. I picked the parts, built it, cable-managed everything, and installed Windows and drivers. Everything sits in a white case with white peripherals and RGB all over, so it looks as good as it runs. When games are smooth at high settings, it’s extra satisfying because I built the machine.
- CPU AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
- Motherboard X570 with Wi-Fi
- Graphics NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
- Memory 32GB RAM
- Storage 2TB SSD
- Power supply 700W PSU
- OS Windows
Gear I use
- Meta Quest (Oculus VR) Stepping into VR games and experiences still feels like magic. Great for beat-based games, shooters built for VR, and just showing friends something wild.
- Xbox Couch gaming, Game Pass, playing with friends cross-platform. The Xbox gets a lot of hours at home.
- Nintendo Switch Portable and docked: first-party Nintendo games, indies, and playing on the TV or on the go. Great when I want something different from the PC or Xbox.
- Echo Show Smart display for timers, music, asking questions, and smart-home stuff. Handy on a desk or kitchen counter.
YouTube
I watch a lot of YouTube for gaming news, Let’s Plays, Rocket League pros and creators. Two of my favorites are Typical Gamer and Lethamyr (insane Rocket League maps and challenges).
