How this list works: My plan shows single servings (for example, 2 eggs or 1 cup of milk at a time). Here, each line is what you’d grab at the store. Amounts below assume about one week of eating the same day of meals over and over. If you’re only shopping for one day, you can still use the same package ideas — you’ll just have leftovers.
